AUSA 2024: Quantum-Systems targets big 2025 with UAS developments
Quantum-Systems has been upgrading its UAS family, with new versions of the Vector, Reliant and Twister drones set for release throughout 2025.
Lockheed Martin UK, UTC Aerospace Systems and Silicon Sensing all pledged support for the proposed Mayflower 400 unmanned autonomous vessel on 24 October, hours after a crowding funding effort went live.
The initiative is aiming to raise £300,000 ($367,000) to begin the next phase and build a scale model of the final design in order to carry out necessary trials. Eventually a full sized version is intended to be constructed for use as the flagship of the Mayflower 400 commemorations.
