UDT 2016: ARCIMS to be at Unmanned Warrior

Atlas Elektronik UK (AEUK) have announced that it will present the company's unmanned mine hunting mission system, ARCIMS, at the Royal Navy’s Unmanned Warrior demonstration in October.

The exercise is being held for industry to showcase a full range of unmanned capabilities at sea, both above and below the waves.

Previous contracts for the provision of unmanned MCM capability include a portable influence mine sweeping capability for the Royal Navy which is also deployable from the Hunt-class mine countermeasures vessel (MCMV); an ARCIMS USV supplied to WTD71 in Germany to evaluate unmanned systems technologies for MCM; and the delivery
