Textron poised for Nightwarden sale

Less than 12 months after the official unveiling of the Textron Systems Nightwarden the company is confident that the first sale of the platform is on the horizon.

The first deal for the platform is likely to be an international sale and it is understood this would be a completely new customer for the company.

‘The customers that we were active with in trying to bring [Nightwarden] into market we are still active with,’ said Bill Irby, senior VP of unmanned systems at Textron.
