Sky Power has strengthened its cooperation with Mejzlik Propeller for the development of propellers designed according to UAS engine and customer applications, the company announced on 10 December.
All Mejzlik Propeller propellers are manufactured from carbon fibre and can be adapted as per customer applications in a variety of features, forms and designs. Along with the size and pitch, number of blades, weight, carbon fibre material as well as the surface can be adapted.
The propellers will undergo a variety of tests before delivery to ensure that they perfectly match with the engines. In addition to a balance test, an inner structure test, an optional RPM test and a visual quality inspection will also be performed.
Velocity, flight altitude, rotational speed as well as environmental conditions influence the performance of a propeller and that of the entire propulsion unit. Based on these details and the computation models, the right propeller for every application will be developed.
Mejzlik Propeller is a carbon fibre propeller provider from the Czech Republic.
