AUSA 2024: Quantum-Systems targets big 2025 with UAS developments
Quantum-Systems has been upgrading its UAS family, with new versions of the Vector, Reliant and Twister drones set for release throughout 2025.
London-based oil and gas data capture firm Sky-Futures will receive a developmental boost for two new products after receiving investment from the newly-launched Commercial Drone Fund.
The fund, created by Airware, will make $250,000 to $1 million investments in early stage companies in the commercial drone sector, focusing on five key areas: sensor hardware, software application, cloud based aerial data analysis tools, drone-based services, and complete solution for specific industries.
Initial funding recipients are Redbird, a cloud data analysis company in Paris, France, and London-based Sky-Futures, a pioneer in oil and gas data capture and analysis by commercial drone. The
