RN ScanEagle set to deploy

The Royal Navy ScanEagle UAV will go operational this week, as it heads out to theatres in the Gulf onboard two vessels, a naval official has confirmed. 

The news follows the award of a £30 million UOR contract to Insitu in June 2013, to provide two task lines consisting of 300 hours per month each, under a contractor owned, contractor operated agreement.
