Jammer resistant drone designs spark search for countermeasures
The Russia-Ukraine conflict has driven another stage of evolution for drones and the counter measures to defend against them.
Northrop Grumman will unveil the Cutlass, its latest generation UGV, at the Counter Terror Expo in London on April 24, as it eyes international sales of the system.
Cutlass has been designed, developed and manufactured by Northrop Grumman in the UK. According to the company, its range of features and advances in technology and performance provide enhanced capabilities for national security and resilience applications.
Greg Roberts, managing director of defence and security at Northrop Grumman Information Systems Europe, said: ‘It [Cutlass] is more dexterous, cost effective and, as a package, four times faster than any other UGV.’
