Northrop Grumman expands logistical support for MQ-4C Triton
Northrop Grumman has secured an $86.2 million cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification from the US Naval Air Systems Command.
The deal, confirmed by the DoD on 12 March, will see the company exercise options to provide sustainment, engineering, logistical and test support to the US Navy’s MQ-4C Triton UAS.
Some $55.5 million of the new funding comes from the FY2020 Aircraft Procurement (Navy) fund.
Work will be carried out at locations in California, Florida, Guam and Maryland, for completion in March 2021.
