NASA readies FT4 UAS tests

NASA will conduct a further series of test flights over the next two months to continue the validation process of technologies aimed at assisting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in integrating unmanned systems in national airspace.

 

According to a release, the flight test series will be the fourth for the project and will be based out of NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Centre in California.

 

Joining the tests will be GA-ASI, Honeywell International and RTCA Special Committee.
