Mystery Kandahar aircraft also seen over southern California?

An unidentified low observable aircraft seen on the ground and in the air at Kandahar, Afghanistan since 2007 may also been seen flying out of the US Marine Corps Air Station at Miramar in southern California.

The Miramar sighting occurred in early evening lighting conditions in August 2008. Witnesses of that aircraft say that the flying wing configuration aircraft is manned with a cockpit clearly visible
