MDM 2017: AeroVironment highlights UAS camera upgrade

In addition to spotlighting expanded datalink compatibility for Raven and Puma AE with the new M1/M2/M5 radios and frequency spectrum, AeroVironment used MDM 2017 to tout the benefits of its Mantis i45 camera retrofit.

The Mantis i45 features dual 15 megapixel high resolution coluor cameras (wide and narrow views), a Long Wave Infrared (LWIR) camera, 1.2 megapixel low light cameras and a high-power 860 nanometre laser illuminator.
