AUSA 2024: Quantum-Systems targets big 2025 with UAS developments
Quantum-Systems has been upgrading its UAS family, with new versions of the Vector, Reliant and Twister drones set for release throughout 2025.
Perth-based Cyber Technology is setting up a new operations venture to provide commercial unmanned air systems services in Australia from first quarter 2010.
The new entity, called Cyber Operations, is a joint venture between Cyber Technology, majority owned by the Malaysian Sapura Group, and two private Australian investors.
Cyber Technology managing director Chris Mounkley says agreement on the venture was reached during October with company establishment now underway.
The venture will field Cyber Technology ‘Cyber Eye II-V2’ and ‘Cyber Quad’ UAS with six air vehicle operators currently in training says Mounkley. It will have its first aircraft in hand by
