IDF completes MTGR trials

The micro tactical ground robot (MTGR) has completed operational trials with infantry units of the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) paving the way for its introduction into service.

The combat UGV, which weighs around 12kg, has been recently trialed with infantry and elite reconnaissance units. The system operates with the infantry in the field and designed to assist operations in urban area, with a day and night recording and acoustic monitoring capability.
