Farnborough 2018: In the hands of the HaWC

Esterline’s next-generation of ruggedised handheld controllers for the unmanned sector, and other domains, is on course to be market ready by autumn of this year.

Based on the foundations of the first-generation Harm’s Way Controller (HaWC), which is been in the market since the late 2000s, the next-generation’s modularity will allow a rapid scale-up based off of the original technology, said David Tessier at Esterline.
