DTC receives IP mesh radios contract
Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) has received a contract for the delivery of wireless IP mesh radios from an undisclosed European customer.
The customer will deploy the radios as part of its connected and autonomous vehicle programmes.
This contract builds upon DTC’s previous work supplying wireless mesh radios for unattended ground vehicles, remote sensing and scene assessment vehicles, remote vehicle track testing and commercial remote autonomous/unmanned truck testing.
DTC's secure high data rate wireless NETNode mesh radios provide resilient data and communication links for non-line-of-sight operations.
Nigel Lee, VP, sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and India, DTC, said: ‘We are pleased to be supporting another commercial company with our robust and secure wireless communications links.
'Leveraging our more than 20 years of expertise for city and urban surveillance, we can ensure manufacturers robust non-line of sight coverage, well suited to the demands of their connected vehicle requirements.’
