Cubic to support MQ-25 programme
Cubic Mission Solutions has been selected by Boeing to supply its wideband satellite communications modem system and line-of-sight common data link system for the MQ-25 unmanned aerial refuelling programme, Cubic Corporation announced on 17 April.
The wideband communication solution will enable the MQ-25 to conduct its missions safely and securely.
The MQ-25 is the US Navy's first carrier-based UAS being built by Boeing. The company is to deliver four MQ-25 UAS to the navy for initial operational capability by 2024.
