AUSA 2024: Quantum-Systems targets big 2025 with UAS developments
Quantum-Systems has been upgrading its UAS family, with new versions of the Vector, Reliant and Twister drones set for release throughout 2025.
Alta Devices, manufacturer of the AnyLight solar technology, is preparing to ramp up production in its US factory to meet an expected demand in a number of sectors, including the commercial UAS industry.
There was also the potential in establishing a non-US based factory should the need arise, which would also assist in driving down costs, according to Rich Kapusta, chief marketing officer and head of sales.
The company say its solar technology reaches a single junction cell performance of 28.8%, single junction module performance of 24.1% and dual junction cell performance of 30.8%.
