AUVSI 2017: Trusting autonomous capability
Autonomous platforms should have the requirements necessary for users to 'trust' the system built in during the design phase, rather than looking at ways to integrate it at a future time, according to Anthony Jones, an engineer at the US Navy's SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific.
