AUVSI 2017: Griffon Aerospace seeks expanded footprint

Griffon Aerospace is using the AUVSI gathering to highlight its growing position in the UAV market and seek new opportunities to expand that position.

'We have two main target contracts through PEO STRI [US Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation] targets management office,' explained company engineering manager Dawson Vincent. 'One is a Remotely Piloted Vehicle Target RPVT) programme and another is the BroadSword programme. So that's two different classes of targets.
