Airshow China: UCAV revealed in PLAAF colours

The Wing-Loong 1 unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) has been shown in the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) livery for the first time, surrounded by an array of guided munitions.

While the UCAV has been exhibited at Airshow China in Zhuhai before, the appearance in PLAAF colours is significant as it has not been previously confirmed that China’s military had formally adopted the Wing-Loong 1, a design that closely resembles the US Reaper/Predator.
