AeroVironment steps up European unmanned chase

Manufacturer AeroVironment is particularly optimistic about the prospects of future sales of its multipurpose and proven UAS platforms to European countries, including Ukraine – with Kiev already holding experience in operating such systems.

‘Ukraine has benefited from Foreign Military Sales provisioning in the past’, said David Hendrickson, director of business development at AV, referring to nearly 100 RQ-11B Raven UAS sold to the nation.
