VATC receives US Army contract
Visual Awareness Technologies and Consulting (VATC) has received a training services contract from the US Army, the company announced on 12 July.
The company has received the contract as a member of the Lukos-VATC JV III team. VATC will provide security cooperation and domestic operations training, services and operations, and maintenance to the army, together with other non-standard training aids.
The Enterprise Training Services Contract aims to improve the army’s training and training assistance strategies, in areas such as peacekeeping and natural disaster response and assistance; medical/first responder; combined arms; aviation; and institutional training (classroom or field) at partner nation military academies.
