USAF picks industry partner for EW training in Africa and Europe
PAE Applied Technologies will provide EW infrastructure maintenance services and operations training for USAF personnel stationed in Africa and Europe, the DoD announced on 20 November.
The maximum $98 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (awarded after a competitive tender that attracted three bids) includes EW aircrew tactics evaluation; EW combat training; operation and maintenance of equipment; and EW range infrastructure maintenance.
Work will be performed for US Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa at various locations in Germany, Italy and the UK.
The baseline contract is expected to be completed by 19 November 2025, followed by a first task order for completion by 31 January 2026.
The 764th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, is the contracting activity.
