Cubic tailors mortar simulator for the US Army

CAE has been awarded a contract from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) on behalf of the Royal Swedish Navy to upgrade and expand the capabilities of the latter’s Naval Warfare Training System (NWTS) located at the Swedish Naval Warfare Centre (NWC) in Karlskrona.
Originally entering service in 2016 following a contract award to CAE in 2014, the NWTS is used to train students in a number of missions including anti-air warfare, anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface warfare and mine warfare.
Following a review of the system in 2018, the Swedish Navy identified 20 areas for enhancement. These were prioritised into Phase
