HH-60G MMCT project passes delivery milestone

Highly complex simulator programme for the Air National Guard includes VRSG image generator to provide out-the-window views with near 20/20 visual acuity

J.F. Taylor has completed the delivery of an HH-60G Pave Hawk Multi-Mission Crew Trainer (MMCT) to the Air National Guard at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico.

Used to train pilots, co-pilots, gunners and hoist operators, the MMCT sees visual systems specialists MetaVR provide seven licenses for its VRSG image generator to provide out-the-window views with near 20/20 visual acuity from the simulator’s twelve 4K Sony GTZ-280 projectors.

VRSG also provides visuals for the simulator’s FLIR camera and a belly-hatch LED display. Two additional VRSG licenses support spares and development systems.
