The Finnish Air Force has completed the latest phase of its I-LVC project, by bringing together a cloud-based architecture, performance data analytics and physiological monitoring.

The Finnish Air Force marked the completion of its latest LVC integration evaluation by adding two Deployable Mission Trainers (DMT) to its network.

‘We have been using our cloud-based LVC network for two years to evaluate the most effective technologies to provide the best possible training for our fighter pilots,’ Maj Teemu Mahlamäki, the Finnish Air Force’s LVC project leader, told Shephard.

This latest phase has seen the two DMTs added to the network to provide ground-based pilots to work alongside the Hawk Mk 51/51A/66 aircraft of 41 Squadron based at Tikkakoski.
