British Army opts for Exonaut – again

The British Army’s use of Exonaut highlights the growing trend of exercise data capture and its exploitation to review performance and shape tactics, techniques and procedures

The UK MoD has awarded 4C Strategies a three-year, £7.23 million ($9.25 million) contract to continue providing its Exonaut software to support the British Army’s Collective Training Exercise Management System (CTEMS).

Exonaut is the current CTEMS solution that is used not only by the Land Warfare Centre and Collective Training Group (CTG) but across British Army commands to provide planning and exploitation of data functions for enhanced collective training.

The three-year contract has options for two, one-year extensions that could take it out to November 2025.

UK-based 4C Strategies has supported MoD training since 2007, principally in the area
