ITEC 2016: USAF TPS upgrades to VR-Vantage

Calspan has completed the upgrade to the US Air Force Test Pilot School’s (USAF TPS) Flight Sciences Simulator (FSS) with VT MÄK’s VR-Vantage IG image generator system.

VT MÄK will be showing its VR Vantage IG at ITEC 2016 on its stand, D-122.

Located at Edwards AFB, the USAF TPS hosts the one-year test pilot course for US and foreign pilots, navigators and engineers who learn how to conduct flight tests and generate the data needed to carry out test missions. On completion of the course, students graduate with a MSc in Flight Test Engineering.
