Lockheed Martin, L3 MAS partner for FAcT
Lockheed Martin Canada is partnering with L3 MAS to offer a military aircrew training solution for the Canadian Department of National Defence’s Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) project.
The FAcT project will deliver a relevant, flexible, responsive and effective aircrew training programme for military pilots, air combat systems officers and airborne electronic sensor operators for the Canadian armed forces.
Lockheed Martin was named by the DND as a qualified supplier for the FAcT project in December 2018. To meet requirements to train the next generation of Canadian armed forces aircrew, the company will leverage its experience in designing, delivering and operating full-spectrum training solutions.
As part of the team, L3 MAS will offer its fleet management, logistics and maintenance capabilities in support of all training assets to ensure optimum performance, flexibility and value for money.
