I/ITSEC 2017: LMCO completes CRH Program Training Systems CDR
Lockheed Martin has announced the successful completion of the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) Program Training Systems Critical Design Review (CDR).
This event prepares the CRH programme to proceed to assembly, test, and evaluation of the Sikorsky HH-60W helicopter's training systems.
The conclusion of the CDR allows the design of maintenance and aircrew training devices to begin, to support the initial CRH maintenance and aircrew cadre. According to Lockheed, this ‘progress is critical to the smooth entry of the HH-60W aircraft into the US Air Force fleet’.
The CDR process included participants from Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky and the USAF
