Kratos expands Orlando training facility
Kratos Defense and Security Solutions has expanded its military training and simulation facility in Orlando, the company announced on 2 May.
The new facility adds 50,000sq ft of space directly across from the existing 100,000sq ft facility.
Kratos provides military training solutions including simulation systems for air, land and sea platforms.
To meet the continuing demand for mixed reality training, Kratos integrates advanced immersive reality technologies into course curricula with motion-based platforms to deliver a fully immersive training experience for aircrew operations trainees.
Kratos’ Orlando training facility offers blended training options including simulations and digital experiences, as well as classroom and hands-on instruction. Military personnel are trained through virtual, augmented and mixed realities, as well as replicated physical controls that together create a realistic, immersive experience designed to prepare them to lead combat support missions efficiently and confidently.
