By any standard, Saab Training & Simulation has had a successful start to 2018. Contracts in Finland, Sweden and Germany have most recently been supplemented by a support contract for the Royal Netherlands Army (RNLA).
Valued at US$13 million, the Dutch order was placed by the Defence Materiel Organisation and extends the current support contract for the RNLA’s Mobile Combat Training Centre (MCTC) for a further two years with a one-year option.
In addition to the support aspect of the contract, Saab will perform a number of upgrades to MCTC equipment including the provision of its new Compact Ballistic Laser
