Cubic Global Defense (CGD), in partnership with Federal Resources, has been awarded a contract to supply the US Air National Guard (ANG) with 95 L750 PRISim Suite PortableTrainer virtual small arms skills and judgement trainers. The contract is worth more than $6 million.

As well as small arms, the system include less-lethal training weapons and devices such as tasers and chemical sprays. The simulators also include software capabilities that allow customisation of scenarios.

The devices are scheduled to be deployed at every ANG base and to train security forces personnel in the use-of-force policy and the handling of deadly force
