ITEC 2018: 3D Perception to deliver visual display upgrades

Norwegian visual display specialists, 3D Perception, is to deliver upgraded visual display systems to the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the retrofit of four Saab Gripen Full Mission Simulators (FMS).

The FMS upgrades will be carried out to devices operated by the air forces of Sweden, the Czech Republic and Hungary, and will be completed by March 2019.

The upgrades will adopt 3D Perception’s latest Northstar display technology that features enhanced night time display capabilities.
