ITEC 2016: CAE launches new products

Despite being associated with the provision of aircrew simulation systems and services, CAE is beginning to make major inroads into the naval training market.

It is understood that the company is close to signing another major deal with a client in the Middle East.

Following its recent delivery of a Naval Warfare Training System (NWTS) to the Swedish Navy, CAE will be highlighting its naval training capabilities at the upcoming ITEC 2016 event.

The NWTS is expected to be declared ready-for-training (RFT) this summer at the Swedish Naval Warfare Centre in Karlskrona.
