ITEC 2016: BAE to invest in joint training

BAE Systems is putting significant investment into its training capabilities specifically focusing on joint training between land, sea and air.

‘We are in a unique position at BAE because we are pan-platform and pan-geographical,’ said Neil Stewart, surface lead – training services maritime services – at BAE Systems. ‘What we want to look at is the next level up of training.

‘The concern is that the handshake between the front line operations and the joint forces commander doesn’t happen,’ he added, ‘So how do you know you have a capability in a joint forces environment?’
