ITEC 2016: Airbus UAS trainer ready to fly
Airbus Defence and Space (DS) is showcasing its customer-ready UAS Mission and Tactics Training (MTT) at ITEC in London.
The generic system can be used to train sensor operators as well as UAS pilots and can be connected with forward air controllers (FAC) to provide whole-crew-training.
The company first showed the UAS MTT at ITEC 2014 in Cologne when the system was still under development and has since poured in its own investment to move the prodcut to technology readiness level (TRL) 8.
