Inzpire human factors training for UK MFTS
Inzpire has received a new contract to continue providing airmanship and human factors training to ab-initio students in the UK Military Flying Training System, the company announced on 28 June.
The company’s Human Factors Division has been providing this training to the UK military for around ten years. The new contract will see Inzpire develop an introductory course for the elementary flying training programme and a more advanced foundation course for the basic flying training phase.
The course will prepare students for the processes involved in UK military flying training, giving them an insight into what will be expected by their future flying instructors. The foundation course will expose students to the more advanced concepts of airmanship and help them to prepare for the intensity of future flying courses and what will be required of them when they reach the frontline.
Inzpire’s Human Factors Division provides training based around the understanding of interaction between equipment, environment and other people.
