The F-16 solution will include a customised configuration of Rockwell Collins’ Griffin rear-prjection dome and SpectraView display systems.
The Griffin dome is also used on the F-35 Lightning II and Aermacchi M-346 out-the-window display programmes. The display system became part of Rockwell Collins’ portfolio following the acquisition of SEOS Displays back in 2008.
