I/ITSEC 2017: Boat sim makes waves (video)

Dutch company Cruden displayed a full-motion boat simulator at this year's I/ITSEC in Orlando, Florida, which is aimed at training crews to operate fast craft such as RIBs.

The company has a history of developing simulators for the automotive and motorsport industries and has leveraged much of that experience to expand into the maritime sector over the last few years.

Shephard spoke to Cruden CEO Maarten van Donselaar about the new fast boat simulator and his company's plans for the future.
