While the US Marine Corps (USMC) has made good use of simulation systems it currently has, there are still challenges being faced within the service which can be solved by augmented reality.
Speaking at I/ITSEC, USMC Maj Gen James Lukeman, commanding general, Training and Education Command, identified two main challenges for future training and outlined the potential for augmented reality.
