Cubic's new president of global defence, Bill Toti, has set strategic goals for the future of training and simulation following the consolidation of the defence systems and mission support services business segments earlier in 2015.
The company is currently working on a concept called 'Next Training' which will investigate the science behind the training process and determine what the best future methods could be.
‘What training is in its basic sense is bringing people up to a higher level in terms of their operational readiness and making them more effective,’ said Toti.
