How the US Space Force is training personnel for operations in contested scenarios
The US Space Force (USSF), created by blending civilians and personnel from the air force, army and navy, has been working on establishing its own culture. Training guardians (USSF officers) has been part of this effort and will attempt to prepare them to face current and future threats, as well as succeed on contested space missions.
The approach has involved developing and updating doctrine and policies, improving facilities, and acquiring training and simulation capabilities.
