Cubic tailors mortar simulator for the US Army
The company’s mortar trainer received improvements based on soldier’s feedback.
Although officially opening in March 2017, the CAE Dothan Training Center located at Dothan Regional Airport in Alabama, started training its first class of US Army aviators in February.
Today, 260 US Army and 70 US Air Force students have graduated from the seven courses provided by the company.
The final phase of development of the new facilities at Dothan will see the closure of the interim ramp facilities on the north-east side of the airfield and the deployment of the six CAE-owned Grob 120TP (pictured) and ten US Government-owned C-12 aircraft to the south-west side of the airfield next
