Barco develops new simulation projector
Barco has introduced the FL40 simulation projector to meet advanced image quality requirements for the simulation training sector, the company announced on 11 October.
The FL40 is a solid-state projector designed to provide improved colour fidelity and sharp imagery for 24/7 operations in extreme environments.
The projector produces images with a pixel resolution of up to 3,840 x 2,400 and features bright LEDs that have a dimming range of 100-0% for training at any time. It also features Barco Pulse software to ensure low latency.
A FS40 version is also available with a dedicated IR LED for night vision goggle training.
