USSOCOM highlights transition and transformation

In a keynote address at the March 2019 Global SOF Foundation US Symposium in Tampa Bay, FL, Vice Admiral Tim Szymanski, Deputy Commander, USSOCOM, highlighted an environment of transition and transformation as he described a number of activities underway within the command.
