The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is currently seeking information on a contractor-owned, contractor-operated (COCO) UAS for future ISR missions.

USSOCOM has stipulated the need for a Group I, Group II and/or Group III UAS which is able to provide 24/7 ISR services worldwide. The service also requests persistent Line of Sight (LoS) and/or Beyond Line of Sight (BLoS) services with the appropriate GCS for operations.

The synopsis of the request, originally posted on FedBizOpps in December 2017, was modified on 22 January 2018 to include a 48-hour extension for interested parties to send information to US Army Aviation
