​SOFIC 2017: SOCOM radio interest

Harris' newest addition in its JTAC radio family, the Falcon III RF-300H is proving to be of interest to the US Special Operations Command.

The radio is intended to replace the legacy Falcon II AN/PRC-150, and is distinguished by its wideband HF capability. In addition, the HF wideband manpack radio is designed for beyond-line-of-sight (BLOS) operations,

Christopher Deet, Major Account Manager for USSOCOM at Harris, explained to Shephard the significant capabilities of the radio.
