Japan to set up DARPA-style institute to tackle evolving threat of cyber warfare
Japan’s Ministry of Defense is devoting government-level effort and funding to tackling the growing problem of cyber warfare.
The Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) celebrated the Special Operations Forces Day on 27th February with the disclosure of new video footage illustrating a series of new capabilities of “Spetsnaz” special purpose units.
According to an official announcement from the MoD, the Special Operations Forces Day has been acknowledged annually since 2015 in order to recognize “combat missions of particular importance to protect interests of the Russian Federation, primarily abroad.”
