Rotinor subsidiary Tactics displayed their new underwater propulsion systems at ISDEF 2017 including the Seabob Black Shadow 730 (SBS730) and the smaller model Seabob Divejet 414 (SD414).

According to Oded Yoffe, general manager and former Israeli special forces development officer, the systems are in use operationally both commercially and militarily in 25 nations around the world. Yoffe declined to name these countries.

The systems are equipped with the e-jet power system, producing six kilowatts of propulsion for the SBS730 and three kilowatts for the SD414.

With the ability to tow, full-power is only able to be used reservedly by a sole passenger.
